My global client are currently looking to recruiting for an Accounts assistant to support them in their Accountancy practice. You will be expected to support in all monthly ledger work and work on behalf of a number of different clients, this will include overseeing their bank accounts and also performing bank reconciliations and payment runs.
As an Accounts Assistant you will work as a member of the back office team and your role will be varied as there will be a mixture of different responsibilities depending on the duties for each individual client. You will be expected to have previous experience including boking of accruals and pre payments and also supporting with the completion of monthly management accounts.
You will also be able to respond quickly in a busy working environment and be able to manage your own work flow taking client relationships seriously and providing a high quality service at all times.
I am looking for candidates with a minimum of 2 years in a similar environment. Practice experience is helpful but not essential.
This is a full time permanent position and may also include Study Support.
