Our public sector client based in Stockton have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Administrations Assistant to join their busy team.
Full-Time Monday to Friday 9 am to 5 pm
General Education to NVQ level 3 or equivalent
Previous Clerical/Admin experience
previous experience of working in an Office environment
experience of setting up databases and recording financial and organisational information
Excellent Interpersonal skills
Excellent Written and Oral Communication Skills
Basic Literacy /Numeracy
Computer Literate in Microsoft Office, Lotus Notes, Excel, PowerPoint and Access database.
Competent in the use of general Office Equipment
Excellent Clerical and Administration Skills
