Pay rate £8.90
Successful candidates need to have the following experience/skills
BTEC National in Public Admin or NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration or equivalent.
Proven experience in a diverse, busy office environment.
Highly competent in using various computer systems such as Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access, etc.
Ability to use discretion and maintain confidentiality.
Ability to use own initiative and work as part of a team.
Ability to understand the importance of the admin role within the child protection arena.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office packages, particularly Word, Excel and Access.
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
Can provide clear instructions and information.
Can manage competing priorities effectively.
Demonstrable effective workload organisation and prioritising skills.
Taking responsibility for discrete pieces of work and following it through to completion.
