After Sales Coordinator – French Speaking Full Time

An exciting opportunity is now available for a French Speaking After Sales Coordinator to join a large Engineering Company based in Teesside.

You will be a dedicated contact partner for customers and clients in your allocated area, offering a professional service at all times.

Responsibilities of the role include:

  • Ensure that all orders are processed within deadline, responding to all queries in a professional manner
  • Manage the order book for your territory, advise partners of any delays which may cause concern
  • Liaise with factories and suppliers
  • Liaise with finance to ensure payments and credit terms are adhered to
  • Archiving all processed orders
  • Coordinate shipments in a timely manner
  • Deal with aftersales issues and process remakes if necessary
  • Liaise with Sales Managers and Finance teams on a regular basis

You will have the ability to manage your time and workload effectively to ensure clients receive the highest standards of service.
