Our client, a global market leader in brand consultancy services is looking to appoint a commercially astute sales leader to play a critical role in shaping the future growth of their business in Europe.
From identifying target clients to developing compelling proposals and securing new client relationships, this role is a true end to end business development role. As well as new business, the successful candidate will work with established client teams to identify and develop additional commercial opportunities.
As a solutions provider, the Business Development Director will work closely with clients to understand their pain points and develop value added proposals accordingly. Equally, as a thought leader the post holder will use intelligence and insight to propose meaningful customer solutions in line with best in class practices.
The successful candidate will be a proven business developer, with a proven track record of success in driving profitable new business from opportunity to converted client.
With outstanding relationship management skills, influencing ability and negotiation skills, the ideal candidate will be a creative thinker, able to produce suitable solutions that meet the customers need while achieving the commercial goals of the business.
While this role requires a self-starter, who is highly motivated, candidates must build constructive relationships with internal stakeholders and be able to work as a team for the collective benefit of the business.
