We have an amazing Business Development Executive opportunity for a Sales professional to develop and maintain new business in a recruitment setting based in our offices in Liverpool.
As a successful Business Development Executive, your role will be to:
- Identify and explore new business opportunities, extending the client base whilst also maintaining existing business.
- Work alongside team members, sharing information to maximise sales with other sectors.
- Work consistently to deliver excellent customer service to clients and candidates
- Ensure systems are kept up to date.
- Deliver short and long-term targets.
You will have the following skills, experience and attributes:
- A sales or recruitment background.
- A proven track record in new business development.
- The ability to communicate at all levels and to maintain excellent customer service.
- Have outstanding commercial acumen & negotiation skills.
- To be customer focused with a ‘can do’ & ‘hands-on’ attitude.
- Have excellent organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Be computer literate.
- Excellent salary dependant upon experience
