Business Development Executive Full Time

We have an amazing Business Development Executive opportunity for a Sales professional to develop and maintain new business in a recruitment setting based in our offices in Liverpool.

As a successful Business Development Executive, your role will be to:

  • Identify and explore new business opportunities, extending the client base whilst also maintaining existing business.
  • Work alongside team members, sharing information to maximise sales with other sectors.
  • Work consistently to deliver excellent customer service to clients and candidates
  • Ensure systems are kept up to date.
  • Deliver short and long-term targets.

You will have the following skills, experience and attributes:

  • A sales or recruitment background.
  • A proven track record in new business development.
  • The ability to communicate at all levels and to maintain excellent customer service.
  • Have outstanding commercial acumen & negotiation skills.
  • To be customer focused with a ‘can do’ & ‘hands-on’ attitude.
  • Have excellent organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Be computer literate.
