Our client provides innovative engineering solutions to a global customer base operating primarily in the oil & gas market. In line with future development plans, they now wish to appoint an accomplished sales professional to manage/grow existing accounts and identify opportunities in new sectors such as nuclear, petrochemical and renewable energy. Candidates will be comfortable presenting to and engaging with people at all levels in an organisation. A strong work ethic is a given coupled with a passion to deliver uncompromising levels of customer service.
We anticipate that the successful candidate will have extensive experience selling engineering solutions or technical/IT services into the oil & gas or wider power generation markets. Our client’s preference is for this role to be based in their North East offices although there will be periodic travel within the UK and internationally. The position attracts an annual incentive on top of base salary plus the potential to participate in a share option scheme after a qualifying period which could create significant value in the medium term.
