Our public sector client based in Sunderland have an exciting opportunity for a Call Handler to join their busy team.
Hours 8.30pm -7.30am 4 days on 4 days off
Pay rate £8.85per hour
Purpose of the role
As a Call Handler, you will be a key point of contact for professionals and patients. You will collect and record information, identify people in need of an immediate response, direct callers to clinical colleagues for further assessment or direct callers to social care colleagues to find an intermediate care solution.
