Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm and 11am to 7pm + Saturday mornings
I am working with a successful bespoke insurance organisation based in North Tyneside and they are looking to recruit Contact Centre Operators to join there existing teams.
My client is looking for:
Experience working within a Motor Insurance environment.
Handling of inbound and outbound telephone calls in line with FCA requirements, processes and procedures.
Maximising sales opportunities, whilst providing a level of service at all times.
Responding to emails and live chat efficiently.
Incepting new business, renewing existing business and processing mid-term adjustments.
Working with third party providers and systems to create a seamless service.
Able to treat all customers fairly and demonstrate the required business culture.
Ability to work as part of a team and use own initiative while working calmly and efficiently under pressure.
