Our client, a leading forward thinking full-service law firm in the East Midlands, are looking for a conveyancing professional to join their Derby office. We are looking to speak to fee earners with 2 years’ plus experience working within residential conveyancing.
If successful, you will be working alongside a team of experienced conveyancers; you will be responsible for providing timely and efficient services to conveyancing clients, using the firm’s computerised case management processes and on-line search tools. You will need to demonstrate a flexible approach and positive attitude towards the role, showing commitment to offering a high quality service to the clients.
We are looking to speak with people who have experience of handling a varied caseload of sales and purchases, transfers of equity, shared ownership, new builds, and remortgages. It is essential you have previous experience of managing your own caseload. You will need to demonstrate reliability, be well organised and possess excellent time management and administration skills; you will be capable of working under pressure and on your own initiative, whilst embracing the culture of working in an open team environment.
Salary is negotiable dependent on previous experience, and the right candidate will be supported in their professional development, to further their career within a growing team.
