An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Customer Service Administrator to join the team within the clients export department.
Dayshift role of 39 hours per week, however must be flexible and willing to work overtime as and when required.
The successful candidate will use the warehouse management system to ensure that stock is received and shipped to meet customer requirements.
You will have responsibility for proactively expediting orders ensuring stock is correctly received and shipped to schedules. The post holder will manage customer and supplier issues ensuring on time in full is maintained to 100% accuracy. To achieve success you will be required to liaise directly with internal and external contacts across a wide range of departments.
The department is an extremely target driven environment and therefore you will be expected to manage various high risk items as part of the role by developing close relationships with problem suppliers and customers; with a high standard of Customer Service Excellence.
Skills and Qualifications required
•Must have 4 GCSE’s C and above including Maths and English (or equivalent)
•The ideal candidate will have a background in Customer Services
•The ability to work to set deadlines, which can often be strict
•Must be self-motivated and an effective team player
•Must be enthusiastic and committed
•Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
•Have strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
•Have intermediate level IT skills (particularly Excel)
•Have a customer focused “can do” attitude
•Flexible approach to new tasks
•Must be assertive
