I am working with a bespoke and renowned organisation based in North Tyneside and they are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their organisation.
Working within a busy regulated department, you will be delivering great quality customer service by managing the customer expectations and navigate conversations through company policies and products.
Your duties will include: –
- Maintaining a high level of customer service and satisfaction when dealing with customers.
- Working within a delegated authority environment.
- Taking all correct information at first point of contact using a in-house system you will be responsible for your own work load.
The successful applicant will have: –
- A minimum of 2 years experience working within an inbound customer service environment.
- Previous experience of working within a regulated environment would be desirable.
- Ability to manage dissatisfaction and complaints within a busy customer service department.
- Strong communication skills.
