Our public sector client based in Sunderland have an exciting opportunity for experienced Customer Service Advisor to join their busy team.
Hours Full-Time Monday -Friday 8.30am – 5.15pm
Experience of working in a Contact Centre environment is essential
You must have effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to multitask and work effectively as part of a team.
You must also be computer literate with experience of Office packages. Effective keyboard skills and the ability to accurately capture data while managing customer expectations are also essential.
