Our public sector client based in Darlington have an exciting opportunity for experienced Customer Service Advisor to join their busy team.
Hours Full-Time Monday -Friday 8.30am – 5 pm
You should have at least 2 years recent experience of either delivering customer services in a customer orientated role related to a service provision OR of working in a call centre environment.
You must have effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to multitask and work effectively as part of a team.
You must also be computer literate with experience of Office packages. Effective keyboard skills and the ability to accurately capture data while managing customer expectations are also essential.
