Purpose of the role
To provide a comprehensive, efficient, effective and responsive enquiry service to customers. To ensure that all customer contacts are handled in an appropriate way and demonstrate excellent customer service.
Skills and Experience required
Experience of working in a Contact Centre environment
Experience in using IT systems to provide information and record requests from customers
Experience of using Microsoft Dynamics CRM
