Customer Service Performance Manager Full Time

Customer Service Performance Manager, Northumberland
Salary: circa £25,000 per annum plus bonus

My client is a leading FMCG brand and due to a company restructure a need has arisen for an experienced Customer Service Performance Manager to come on board to manage a multi-skilled team of four.

The ideal candidate will be a natural leader with a proven track record of coaching successful teams in a sales and service environment.

Responsibilities

Plan, deliver and report on Customer Service and Sales performances
Track individual and team performances
Put effective coaching plans in place to ensure all targets are met or exceeded
Manage strategic relationships with all internal and external stake holders
Handle any complaints effectively and in a timely manner
Ensure CRM is updated and all actions followed up
Effectively track productivity and ensure process optimisation

Essential Criteria

Experienced coach in sales and service environments
Insight in to customer billing
Customer Service champion
Natural sales person
