Customer Service Representative Full Time

Our client is an international leader with a fantastic reputation in a specialised industry. They are based in Hemel Hempstead. Due to continued expansion they are looking to recruit a top level Customer Service Representative to ensure they remain leaders in their field and maintain excellent relationships with customers and colleagues.

The Customer Service Representative will

  • Assist Sales, Marketing and service team in customer related issues: support order generation, order fulfilment and Project, Management with regards all tasks relevant for customer communication and order management
  • Handle all incoming customer calls (Gatekeeper responsibility)
  • Create and maintain accurate customer master data including but not limited to SAP and CRM
  • Take responsibility for customer issue escalation and resolution


The Customer Service Representative will posses

  • Experienced in phone-based business to business customer service within a specialist team
  • Experience of working to targets
  • IT knowledge: MS Office, SAP, CRM
  • Eye for accuracy

In return for fulfilling the role of Customer Service Representative our client can provide training on their product range and systems as well as a generous salary of up to £24000 p/a.
