We are interested in talking to experienced Data Entry Administrators who can commit until the end of August 2019.
The role will be based in a modern office based in the city centre of Newcastle upon Tyne, close to transport links.
Main duties of the role:
Completing and creating spreadsheets, manipulation of data and reviewing customer emails
Data entry of customer details in to company database
Creation of PPI complaint cases ready for lenders and provide further details to lenders, if required
Effective communication with lenders and clients requesting further claim information, if required
The role would suit an experienced administrator with excellent communication skills, who is able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
