In this role you will be visiting customers in their homes, conducting interviews to gather information in order to complete legal/court or client derived documentation, to provide a true and accurate reflection on the nature of the enquiry. You will provide a professional and informative primary point of contact for all clients, and maintain the highest level of customer service.

You will be required to work professionally and within legislation and codes of practice, following established processes and procedures. It is important that you are a good communicator, numerate, and have the ability to prioritise and coordinate your workload geographically in an efficient manner.
