I am delighted to working on behalf of my client based just outside of Newcastle City Centre with their search for a Financial Assistant.
The main scope of the role is to provide assistance/support to the finance team with a range of financial and clerical duties.
Responsibilities of the Role:
Date Entry into the Sales and Purchase Ledgers
Reconciliation of Purchase Ledger statements
Completion of cash-book transactions, receipts, payments, adjustments, nominal transactions etc.
Contacting Suppliers regarding delivery notes and invoices
Cover reception during holidays and busy periods.
If you have a strong track record in finance administration within the manufacturing/engineering sector, have a high level of attention to detail and can work as part of a team or independently.
