Ensuring that there are adequate resources to effectively manage HSQE risks;
Developing and maintaining the Quality, Health & Safety and Environment Plans
Participating in the detection of non-conformity (including analysis and action plans);
Participating in defining and implementing corrective and preventive actions;
Presenting non-conformities, corrective and preventive actions to the Project Management Team
Making internal checks of monitoring and measuring equipment;
Providing support and guidance in preparing all safety and environmental documentation, i.e. Risk Assessments, Method Statements, Procedures, etc.;
Ensuring the implementation, maintenance and operation of the system, supervising, promoting and evaluating compliance by the other Departments;
Advising and assisting senior managers in discharging their responsibilities for the Health and Safety of employees and others to whom they have a duty as defined by Statutory Regulations, company and client requirements;
Preparing of HSQE Control Documentation;
Liaising with the HSE and Environment Agency and associated statutory and certifying bodies.
Review HSQE performance and analyse monthly KPI;
Advising and assisting all appropriate Managers in discharging their responsibilities for the Health and Safety of employees and others to whom they have a duty as defined by statutory regulations and company and client requirements;
Conducts safety audits both internal and external.
Takes part in accident / incident investigation.
Carries out analysis of accident / incident statistics, identifying trends and suggesting improvement plans.
