A brand new HR Manager position has arisen with one of our key clients, a manufacturing organisation based near Barnard Castle. This role is exclusive to Solutions Recruitment.
The organisation is about to embark on a programme of significant expansion, and you will work closely with the General Manager to coordinate and administer HR policies, objectives and initiatives for the County Durham site.
Responsibilities will include:
You will be able to demonstrate a good working history in HR, and possess a HR qualification.
This will be a stand-alone role, so you will be proficient in introducing and implementing new policies and procedures.
Experience of Finance and/or Health and Safety would be beneficial.
The standard working hours for this role are 8.30am to 5.00pm, Monday to Friday.
