My client is looking to recruit an experienced PA to work within a fast growing bespoke organisation based in Newcastle City Centre.
As a Personal Assistant you will work closely with senior managers or directorial staff to provide administrative support.
Devising and maintaining office systems, including data management.
Track enquiries and ensure deadlines are met.
Organise meeting and events.
Organise sale order invoicing, sending quotations and chasing payments.
Arranging travel and accommodation.
Screen phone calls, enquiries and requests and handling them appropriately.
Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority.
Organising and maintaining appointments.
Dealing with incoming emails, faxes and post.
Carrying out background research and presenting findings.
Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations.
Liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff.
Previous working experience as a PA.
Educated to degree level.
Advanced Microsoft Office skills: Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Financial Administration experience.
Attention to detail – must be able to perform all work consistently to a high level of quality.
Time Management – must be able to mange own time on multiple ongoing projects effectively.
Excellent communicator, verbally articulate.
Highly motivated and orgnaised self starter.
