My client is an industry leading FMCG manufacturer of products for customers on a global basis. With a proud heritage and continued excellent performance, my client seeks a Reliability Engineering Manager to join the company in a new position to pay a key role in their continued commitment to improvement.
Based from their Berwickshire HQ, the Reliability Engineering Manager will be tasked with the development of an world-class engineering function to avoid breakdowns and increase site efficiencies. This role will lead a team of around 20, including apprentices, on a journey involving a change in structures, processes, deliverables and metrics with the end goal a focus less centred on break breakdown recovery and more around becoming “reliability centred”.
