I am looking to recruit for a Sales Support Administrator to work for a prestigious organisation based in Northumberland.
Your position is to be responsible for the establishment and maintaining positive, successful relationships with customers on behalf of the company by taking complete responsibility for each customer interaction by telephone or email and ensuring all customer requirements are fully met.
The right applicant must have a general standard of education – GCSE equivalent. Experience in customer services, customer experience, customer support or equivalent is preferred and ideally within a manufacturing or distribution industry. Ideally fluent in a European language.
This position is a temporary position for up to 8 months.
