Supply Chain Administrator Full Time

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Supply Chain Administrator to join the Supply Chain team. You will be responsible for supporting the team manager acting as the frontline contact for customers, processing customer orders and coordinating transportation and all relevant logistics paperwork.

The right candidate will have strong communication skills with the ability to work in a fast paced and pressurised environment; a multi- tasker with strong problem solving and analytical skills with a cool head when dealing with complex and changing situations.

A confident level of IT will be essential. Someone of graduate level or who has worked in a similar role previously would be desirable.

Duties include:

*Acting as the frontline contact for customers and processing orders from receipt to dispatch.

*Organising transportation and relevant logistics paperwork.

*Communicating order status with logistics/supply chain and monitoring stock levels.

*Liaising with Account Managers to ensure accurate pricing and commercial terms are maintained.

*Adhoc project work as required
