Support Team Leader Full Time

Solutions Recruitment is currently looking for a Support Team Leader to join a global software company to work within a Software Manufacturing Department. This role is a hands on assisting the team in problem solving customer cases and leading them through complex and high profile cases.


The Role

The Support Team Leader will be responsible for

  • Identifying and managing escalated and high impact issues, ensuring that the necessary company resources are secured to resolve the issues
  • Managing team on a day to day basis ensuring that they are developed in line with the company aims and the objectives set out in their review
  • Overseeing the production of management information and customer reports when required
  • Regularly review the security intranet for changes that affect the role and activities


The Person

The Support Team Leader will posses

  • Experience of writing SQL scripts for both investigation and correction purposes
  • Reasonable Knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL
  • Previous education or training in computer software related subjects
  • Data correction skills
