My client is an industry-leading, multi-site specialty FMCG manufacturer based in Northumberland. With both manufacturing and whole-sale business units, my client seeks a Training & Development Lead to play a key role in creating a training function for the business, working in close partnership with the HR Director and operational management.
Predominantly based from their north Northumberland HQ and with frequent travel to their other sites across the UK the Training & Development Manager will lead on the delivery of training across the whole organisation, involving all skill areas except legal compliance.
